The ground freezes in December.Your calendar shouldn't.

We help outdoor living contractors in New Jersey fill their spring build calendar by fall — without buying a single lead.

Most jobs aren't lost to competitors. They leak out.

Between the phone ringing on a jobsite and the quote nobody followed up on, the work goes to whoever answered first.

Every quote you never signedis still worth money.

Two years of homeowners who asked for a price and went quiet. That list is the fastest revenue in your business.

Hardscape, patio, pool and outdoor kitchen builders Serving contractors across New Jersey
Under 60 seconds — guaranteed response to every lead No ad spend — required at any point You own everything — profile, footage, leads, reviews

Most contractors don't have a lead problem. They have a leak problem.

A homeowner calls three companies about a patio. Two are on a jobsite with the phone in a truck. By the time anyone calls back, the job is gone — and it went to whoever picked up, not whoever builds better.

Response time decides the job

Share of inquiries that become booked appointments

0% Responding in 42 minutes — the industry median
0% Responding in 2 minutes
Same leads. Same crews. The difference is who answered.

Where 100 inquiries actually go

A typical contractor's inbound, by outcome

27 never get any response at all
45 answered too late to win the job
28 become booked estimates
Roughly three quarters of the demand you already generated never turns into anything.

When homeowners actually call

Share of jobs booked outside business hours

41%

Evenings and weekends, when the office is closed and the crew has gone home. That's when a homeowner finally sits down with the backyard problem.

An answering machine is not a response.

Who gets hired

Homeowners choosing among multiple quotes

0% Hire the first contractor who responds
0% Hire someone who responded later
Being the best builder in the county is worth nothing if you're the third callback.

Figures drawn from published home services research, including the MIT / Harvard Business Review lead response study and the ServiceTitan Home Services Benchmark. The 100-inquiry breakdown is illustrative of the underlying response-rate data.

What we build

Four systems, installed over about sixty days and managed monthly after that.

Lead rescue

Live in week one

Every homeowner who requested a quote in the last two years and never signed, contacted again with a booking offer. It's the fastest revenue in most contractors' businesses and almost nobody works it.

Response engine

Live within 21 days

A tracked phone line, automatic missed-call text-back, and a conversational responder that answers calls, texts, web forms and Google messages in under sixty seconds — nights and weekends included — then books the estimate.

Reputation and search

Days 15 to 45

Google Business Profile rebuilt for the towns you actually work in, an automatic review request the day every job closes out, and a written response to each review that comes in.

Proof and follow-up

Days 30 to 60

Before-and-after films and photography of your completed projects, wired into the estimate follow-up sequence. When a homeowner is holding three quotes and deciding on trust alone, this is what separates yours.

How engagements work

Every engagement begins with a one-time build fee covering the system installation and the first project shoot, followed by a monthly management fee. On projects the system brings you, there's a performance fee billed only after you've received the customer's deposit.

Pricing depends on scope and is provided in writing before anything is signed. No advertising spend is required and there's no charge per lead.

You own everything: your Google profile, your domain, your pages, your footage, your leads and your reviews. If we stop working together, all of it stays with you.

Find out where your leads are going

Send a note and we'll look at your phone response, your Google profile, and what happens after a quote goes out. We'll send back a short recording of what we found. No cost, no obligation, no pitch.

Terms, billing and cancellation

Services

Thawpoint LLC provides marketing and lead generation services to residential contractors, including lead capture and response automation, past-customer reactivation campaigns, Google Business Profile management, review generation, landing page development, and photography and video production. Services are delivered remotely and on site in New Jersey.

Billing

The build fee is charged once, at the start of an engagement. Monthly management is billed in advance on the same day each month. Performance fees, where they apply, are invoiced only after the client has received a deposit on a qualifying project. All fees are stated in the written service agreement before work begins. Payments are processed by card or bank transfer.

Refunds

If the response system is not live and answering leads within twenty-one days of kickoff, the build fee is refunded in full. Where a monthly response commitment is missed by more than five percent of leads in a given month, that month's management fee is credited. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation

Engagements carry an initial minimum term stated in the service agreement. After that term, monthly management continues month to month and either party may cancel with thirty days' written notice. On cancellation, all accounts, assets, footage and data remain the property of the client.

Privacy

Thawpoint LLC collects client business information and customer contact data solely to deliver the services described above. We do not sell client or customer data. Data is returned or deleted on request at the end of an engagement.
